Tracking rain and t-storm chances through the week

A mild, dry, and mostly clear Monday evening will give way to isolated thunderstorm chances by Tuesday evening. Rain and t-storm chances will continue through mid to late week as an active pattern settles into the region. Clear skies and upper 60s Monday afternoon will give way to a few passing clouds after midnight. Lows will fall into the mid to low 50s overnight, with southerly winds at 5 to 10 mph. Partly to mostly sunny skies and southerly breezes Tuesday will promote above average temperatures for the afternoon, with highs reaching the upper 70s. A 20% to 30% chance of isolated t-storms will develop after 5 PM Tuesday. Thunderstorm activity will become more scattered Tuesday night, with 40% to 60% chances through early Wednesday morning. Rain and thunderstorm chances will remain Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday, with highs in the upper 60s to low 70s through the work week.
