Today, we will have significant cloud cover, as skies will be mostly cloudy throughout the day. Today also marks the beginning of below-average temperatures for the next couple of days. The high will be in the mid- to upper 50s, and the low tonight will be in the mid-40s. There is a slight chance of rain tonight, but most of the precipitation will remain south of I-70 this evening.

Tomorrow, widespread showers are expected across northwest Missouri. Periods of rain will continue Friday night into Saturday morning. Afternoon highs on Friday will be in the mid-50s, while Saturday's temperatures will drop to the low 50s.

On Sunday, sunshine will return, and temperatures will rise back into the upper 50s. Next week will remain dry. Overnight lows Monday and Tuesday will be near freezing.
