Tracking a warm and windy day

This morning, skies are clear and will remain so throughout most of the day. After a cold start, afternoon highs will reach the mid- to upper 60s, which is 5 to 10 degrees above average.

It will be warm, but this afternoon will be windy, with gusts potentially reaching 25 mph and sustained winds between 10 and 15 mph from the northwest.

Overnight lows will drop to the upper 30s, with light winds continuing from the northwest.

Today and tomorrow will be dry, but by Thursday, there is a chance of rain, thunderstorms, and possibly a severe thunderstorm. It will be an active pattern heading into the weekend.
