Tracking above-average temperatures and dry skies early this week

Earlier this afternoon, clouds developed, making skies mostly cloudy this evening. Afternoon temperatures are in the upper 50s, and later tonight, they will drop into the low 40s. Skies will clear out this evening. There will also be a wind shift; we currently have southerly winds, but in the overnight hours a light northwest wind will take over.

Tomorrow, we will see more sunshine, and afternoon highs will push into the mid-to upper 60s, which is 5 to 10 degrees above average. A few clouds will develop later in the afternoon, and overnight lows will drop to the upper 40s.

The next few days will be dry, but by Thursday, we have a better chance of seeing rain and possible thunderstorms.
