Tracking a slight chance wintry precipitation tonight: dry weekend

Today will be cool and dry, with increasing clouds throughout the afternoon.

Tonight, temperatures will drop below freezing, and there is still a 20% chance of wintry precipitation into the early hours of Saturday morning.

Sunshine will return Saturday afternoon, with highs reaching the 40s.

Colder air will return Sunday, bringing highs near freezing. Below-average temperatures will continue, with overnight lows dropping into the low 20s.

There is a chance of widespread accumulating snow Monday night into Tuesday and again late Tuesday night into Wednesday morning.
