Now that the Chiefs are officially champs, it’s time for the city to celebrate! We’ve got the details on the parade — are you going?

The KC Sports Commission announced that the parade will kick off at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 14, at Sixth Street and Grand Boulevard and will head south on Grand, west on Pershing Road, north on Main Street and will culminate at Union Station.

It is scheduled to last around an hour and a half.

The rally will begin around 12:45 p.m. in front of Union Station and the National World War I Museum and Memorial north lawn. It is scheduled to last one hour.

Large crowds are expected, and cell service may be poor, so it’s important to prepare ahead and stay safe if you’re heading to Kansas City for the party.

For all of the details on transportation and parking, visit the sports commission parade webpage at https://www.sportkc.org/chiefsparade.
