LeBlond, Penney, Platte County advance to more bracket play

Six area teams competed in the state quarterfinals for high school football on Friday night. 

LeBlond won against Rockport 60 to 54- 8 man

Rockport ends its season 10-2, while LeBlond advances 10-1.

These records include district play.

Other area schools played in the state quarter finals Friday night. 

Penney won against North Platte 35 to 13- Class 1

North Platte ends its season 3-9 as Penney goes on with a 8-4 record, which also includes district play. 

Platte County won against Webb City 35 to 0- Class 5

Webb City finishes the season with the 6-7 record.

Platte County continues it’s season undefeated and will go on to play MICDS on Nov. 30.
