Riverside defeats Troy 14-12.

A rivalry battle between two 4-1 teams in Riverside and Troy results in the Cyclones getting over the hump for the first time in two years.

Troy opened up the scoring with a 13-yard touchdown that put the Trojans ahead 6-0 after a failed two-point conversion.

Riverside would have a response in the second quarter. Beckam Griffin found reliable target Ty’Zell Harrington, who comes off a game in which he broke the single game receiving record for Riverside football, for a touchdown.

Riverside was able to control the clock late in the game to keep another offense at bay. Troy is now the fifth team in a row Riverside has kept at 14 points or below.

St. Joseph Christian defeats King City/Union Star 34-26.

East Buchanan defeats West Platte 27-0.

Central falls to Park Hill 56-30.

Lafayette falls to Cameron 48-6.

Savannah defeats Chillicothe 49-6.

Mid-Buchanan leads North Platte 26-14.

Benton falls to St. Pius 57-0.

Bishop LeBlond is on a BYE week.
