A Robidoux Middle School math teacher has been arrested on allegations of misconduct involving a district student.

St. Joseph School District leaders were notified by an employee of the allegations against Tim Harding, according to a statement. District officials are conducting their own investigation in addition to the inquiry by police.

“The district has been fully cooperating with the appropriate authorities in our investigation of this matter and will continue to do so,” the district statement reads.

School leaders also reached out to Robidoux Middle School parents.

“The team at RMS is available for additional support if parents believe their child has a need to talk about their feelings or if they believe they have pertinent information regarding this matter,” the district statement said.

No charges have been filed in the case.
