St. Joseph will be celebrating St. Patrick’s Day in full swing this weekend. This week’s edition of See St. Joseph also includes about everything, from marathons to symphonies to wrestling.

Tri States Wrestling returns to St. Joseph on Friday, March 15, for “Earth, Wind and Fuego” at the Time Out Entertainment Center, 3414 S. 22nd St. Get ready to witness jaw-dropping maneuvers, intense rivalries and explosive shadows as the roster takes center stage. Acclaimed former AEW star Fuego Del Sol will grace the Tri-States Wrestling ring for the first time along with TSW Champion Franco Varga. Doors open at 6 p.m. with the matches starting at 7 p.m.

The Saint Joseph Symphony will be celebrating Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart’s music with its concert “Amadeus! Amadeus!” on Saturday, March 16. Soloist Lory Lacy will perform Mozart’s Concert in D major for flute and orchestra. The evening includes a performance of Mozart’s Symphony Number 41, “Jupiter,” which was his final symphonic work. Doors at the Missouri Theater, 717 Edmond St., open at 6 p.m., with the concert starting at 7. The show is followed by a public social time at Felix Street Gourmet, 722 Felix St.

Grab your friends and family for the St. Patrick-themed run, “Time to Paddy” 5k, 10k and half marathon on Sunday, March 17. The race includes a special “Time to Paddy” T-shirt, a custom medal, photos and more. For those who can’t make the race, there is a virtual race option where you can run anywhere, any time and still earn some fun swag. Solo runners or teams are encouraged to register. There’s even a kids’ dash which is untimed for those 10 and younger. The race begins at 8 a.m. Sunday morning at Krug Park. After the race, be sure to swing by the Stoney Creek Hotel, 1201 N. Woodbine Road, because the St. Joe Record Show is returning for its fourth year with music to ensure any St. Patrick’s Day celebrations are a hit. Vendors from all over the Midwest will be bringing their best records, CDs, cassettes and memorabilia for everyone to peruse. There will be thousands of albums to choose from, including classic rock, punk, metal, soul, country, alternative and more. There will be coffee and doughnuts provided for those who arrive at the show early. It runs from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Sunday, March 17.
