The intersection at Mitchell Avenue and the Belt Highway will see construction starting on Monday, Nov. 18.

Missouri American Water will begin working on the water valves near the intersection beginning at 6 a.m. Monday and the work is scheduled to last until next Saturday, Nov. 23.

The southbound lanes of the Belt Highway, as well as both the east and westbound lanes of Mitchell Avenue will be narrowed down to one lane during the project.
