Crash, woman’s death caused by medical issue

A woman is dead following a medical issue that caused her to drive off Riverside Road and through a fence onto the St. Joseph Christian School football field.

The incident happened Tuesday morning. St. Joseph police said Patsy Donahoo, 81, of Amazonia, Missouri, later was pronounced dead at Mosaic Life Care.
