Man dies days after crash in Caldwell County

A 78-year-old who was flown to the hospital Tuesday for serious injuries after being ejected from his vehicle has died.

Jerry Webb, of Kearney, Missouri, traveled off of Route H on Tuesday, hitting a stump that led to his truck overturning, according to Missouri State Highway Patrol crash reports.

He was ejected from his vehicle and flown to Truman Medical Center West, but the Missouri State Highway Patrol updated its crash report Friday that Webb had died Thursday morning.
