Two people sustained serious injuries following a crash involving a utility vehicle early Sunday in Harrison County, five miles north of Bethany, Missouri.

Joseph C. Dilley, 24, of Cameron, Missouri, was southbound on Route W at about 4:15 a.m. in a Honda Talon side-by-side when he traveled off the roadway and overturned, according to a Missouri State Highway Patrol crash report.

Dilley was fully ejected from the vehicle. A passenger, Natayla J. Selby, 22, of Cameron, was partially ejected and pinned under the UTV once it came to rest on its side.

Dilley and Selby were transported to Harrison County Community Hospital for serious injuries, according to a crash report.

The patrol report said Dilley is being investigated for a DWI charge.
