Multiple agencies involved in arrest on St. Joseph Avenue

Multiple law enforcement agencies were dispatched to the 4100 block of St. Joseph Avenue on Tuesday afternoon in search of a subject with multiple warrants for his arrest.

One man was arrested by the St. Joseph Police Department, Buchanan County Sheriff’s Office, Missouri State Highway Patrol and the U.S. Marshals Service for having multiple warrants.

Because this case consisted of multiple jurisdictions, local police could not comment.

Law enforcement officers advised that no one was injured during the arrest and the community is not in any danger.
