It’s 1939 again … On at
least two different fronts!
We’re all, by now, familiar with the Soros led and paid for protests at most Ivy League universities and others across our country. I can hearken back to the Vietnam War protests of the 60s where there are plenty of similarities with the Hamas/Israeli Protests of today, except for one thing. In the 1960’s, we knew we were in a war in which was undefined, unwinnable and as usual, perpetuated by Neo-Cons in both political parties. None of us at draft age wanted any part in it, and 58,000 deaths later, we ended our involvement.
I think our disgust with that war caused another injustice … the way we treated our returning Vietnam war vets, something still not rectified!
The difference in the two “protests” is huge! Most of the college students today have no clue about the atrocities occurring to the Jewish people throughout history. They are being paid and led by professional agitators funded by outside sources.
This brings us to the true concern: discrimination, which can erupt suddenly or have a subtle “whisper” beginning. For example, did you know Adolf Hitler wrote in his book “Mein Kampf” in 1923 that a great war in Europe would occur and it would result in the extinction of the Jews? Ten years later he became Germany’s Chancellor and six years after that Germany invaded Poland.
But here is another form of discrimination, similar to the one listed, but this time it is occurring against Christians. Consider the following:
Gunman tried to kill a Pastor at a church in Pennsylvania.
Bishop stabbed in the eye in Church in Sydney.
Easter Sunday was mocked by the Biden White House with a special “declaration of trans visibility.”
Candace Owens was fired from the Daily Wire after claiming “Christ is King.”
House of Representatives passing HR 6090 which makes part of the Bible defined as “antisemitic” when referring to passages alluding to the Jewish involvement in killing Jesus (Matthew 27:24-25, 1 Thessalonians 2:14-15).
Ron DeSantis and his recent flight to Israel to sign similar legislation for the State of Florida, making it illegal to pass out flyers in the street that Jews find offensive. Flyers that happen to contain some of these very Bible verses that I mentioned above as well as other factual and verifiable information on them. (NOTE: It wasn’t a liberal or leftist or communist China, but a Republican governor).
Can we just get back to a sane, normal, middle of the road, common sense way of thinking on both sides of any issue? God help us … We are either at the minimum speeding to our demise as a Republic, or worse yet, watching the world speed to its “anti-Christ” end!
