bills instead

If ARPA funds can be used for sewer infrastructure, why not use it to reduce our sky high sewer bills?

Has to stop

I’m right in line with everyone else calling in about Evergy wanting a rate increase. That is so, so terrible for the folks of St. Joseph. There are so many elderly folks on a fixed income cannot afford another increase. Their medications are so high, some of them don’t even take their medicine every day because they can’t afford it. And now, with another race to the light bill, what are they going to do, sit in the dark? This has got to stop.

Maybe they’ll learn

I agree with the person that called in about term limits for Congress and the Supreme Court and that. I also need to voice my opinion. When Congress gets out of their term limits and they are no longer, they need to have the same insurance that the regular people have to put up with. Maybe then Congress would figure out how to get better insurance for all the people, especially the ones on fixed income that have to decide between their food or their medication every month.

Fix the border

I’m just listening to Biden pat himself on the back about how he got these political prisoners released and he’s releasing some going back the other direction. But he says the most important thing that he has on his mind is protection of the American people and this country. If that’s the case, then why doesn’t he shut off that border and don’t be blaming the Republicans?
