It shouldn’t burden taxpayers

For the person who informed us that sewer surcharge is a fee, not a tax, I want to inform them that that should fall under infrastructure, which should come under the general fund, not an extra expense to burden taxpayers.

A detriment to the city

You can call the sewer tax, fee, charge, cost, whatever you like, but when it costs more to dispose of the water in this town than it costs to buy the water, then it’s a detriment to the city’s occupants. Therefore, the city leaders need to devise a way to lower the cost of disposing of the sewer.

Splitting our country

I’m speaking to the American public, and that includes good Democrats. I know I have to believe in my heart that there are good Democrats out there that love this country and our constitution and our way of life. In my opinion, Joe Biden is a total disgrace to this country. He’s driving wedges, trying to split this country apart instead of uniting it. Remember when he was sworn in? He swore an oath to uphold and defend the Constitution and the United States against all enemies, both foreign and domestic. Right now, I look at Joe Biden as a domestic enemy of the state.

Half-believers

In today’s world, a Democrat’s description of a person who has strong moral and Christian beliefs is a Republican. So, if this is considered to be a bad thing, then why do some Democrats bother to go to church? Are they halfway believers?

Watching history in the making

The Shah of Iran was no saint, and I remember the Ayatollah in France, stirring up the populace to overthrow the Shah. Sadly, things have just continued to go downhill for the Iranian people. You know, it’s kind of sad to watch history in the making, especially when people die needlessly. But that’s all over the planet.
