Looks good so far

I pass the monument for the stockyards every day. The chemical company has left the livestock exchange entrance, and I think it’s very nice, and I’m just kind of wondering when it’ll be finished and just what all else they’re gonna add to it or just exactly what all it’ll be. I think it’s so far it looks real good and I wish them the best of luck and hope they put something nice up there where we can have a nice monument for a long time that older people can look at. And I would like to thank you and the chemical company very much.

Do something about it

We need a police officer at the intersection of 28th and Lafayette, the four-way stop. People go through those stop signs all the time. Either that or you put the cameras up there with license plate readers on them.

It’s ridiculous

Is in reference to the mail system. People need to write their congressman, state senators, U.S. senators, U.S. House representatives and our state legislature over this mail system. This is ridiculous. Our granddaughter, two years ago, has still never received an Easter card that her grandmother and I sent. And we did not receive any mail down here in my block in the South end. It’s getting ridiculous, you know, three days to send a letter across town. That’s nuts.

I hope Democrats back House Speaker Johnson over the Marjorie Taylor Greene chaos and help save our democracy. Her Freedom Caucus only serves our adversaries.
