Clean it up

The Northeast Parkway has been closed for an awfully long time during the construction of the walk bridge and the Lovers Lane Bridge. Both bridges have been completed now for some time, but it appears the boulevard remains closed with a mess under the Lovers Lane Bridge. How about cleaning it up and getting the streets all open so we get rid of all the detour signs?

Better use of the money

Governor Parson could spend $2.3 million filling the terrible potholes on I-29 in Platte County and highway patrolman out enforcing the traffic laws like they should be.

You do realize, right?

Who is running this school board? Do you realize that most mothers and fathers work five days a week, so now they have to start putting out babysitting money, if they can find a babysitter for that fifth day?

He was No. 1

The previous caller who claimed that the recent historian’s rating of presidents had Biden ranked ahead of Lincoln is completely wrong. They had Lincoln at No. 1, which is where he should be.

Try the lottery

Donald Trump needs money. He should try his luck with the Mega Millions lottery.

More student loan forgiveness

When I went to school, we were taught we had a constitution. We had three branches of government: Executive, legislative and judicial. Joe Biden continues to shred the constitution and ignore it. He ignores the laws and he ignores the decisions handed down by the Supreme Court. And now he’s telling people that he’s going to forgive another bunch of money on student debt loan.

Playing poker

I think most people will get a little tired of politicians playing poker with the American people. Everyone knows they’ve always got a whole card, and sometimes they’ll set on information for years until they need it. And then they’ll tout it out as if they just found out. It gets old. It’s an act that never seems to end. They’re not forthcoming. They’re not very honest. They’re not always very bright, but they always end up with tens of millions of dollars when they leave office.
