Bad deals
Why are we voting April on more taxes for the low income because they can’t pay the property tax now? This St. Joe school system seems to throw money around on bad, bad deals, but we have to take the consequences with our property tax going up.
It’s crazy
Three million dollars for the Shakespeare Chateau, for the new foundation? That’s crazy. The house down the street at 631 was on the market for years for $700,000. It finally sold for $550,000. Half a million. Why does the Shakespeare Chateau Foundation think that it’s going to be 3 million?
Not voting for him
I just read that Trump’s PACs spent over $55 million on legal fees in 2023. I prefer to vote for a president who doesn’t commit crimes and doesn’t need to pay a lot of legal fees.
What’s driving them?
Frequently on the news we are showing pictures of people at the border wanting to cross over into our country. One has to wonder what’s going on in South America that all these people would leave their home, their property and their country to come to ours. What is going on?
Congressional symbols
Just as each of the states had their own songs, flowers and animals, I think Congress deserves their own. Also, I would propose for their song to be “Where Are the Clowns?”, their flower to be a Daisy that squirts water, and their animal should be a monkey. No disrespect to the monkey, of course.
