Thompson, Patricia 1946-2025 St. Joseph, Mo.

Patricia Marie Thompson, 78, St. Joseph, passed away Monday, Feb. 24, 2025. She was born on Dec. 11, 1946, to Clarence and LaVerne (McGeorge) Thompson, in Sioux Falls, South Dakota.

Patricia’s dedication to public service was evident in her more than 26 years of commitment to the General Services Administration. She will be remembered not only for her work ethic but also for her creativity and love of crafting, as well as her passion for British television and mysteries, which brought her great joy.

Pat was preceded in death by her parents and brothers, Roger and Al Thompson.

She leaves behind a loving family, including her son, Bret Eric (LaDonna) Thompson, and siblings, Mary (Mike) and Donald Thompson. Her presence will be deeply missed by numerous friends and extended family.

Cremation under the direction of Simplify Cremations. No services are planned at this time.
