Venable, Gale D. 1937-2025 White Springs, Fla.

WHITE SPRINGS, Fla. -Gale Douglas Venable, of White Springs, Florida, passed peacefully surrounded by loved ones Monday, Feb. 11, 2025, age 87. Born Nov. 15, 1937, in St. Joseph, to Roy and Rebecca (McMurry) Venable. 1957, Gale was married to Fonda Ardelia (Parker) Venable and they had two sons.

Gale was a professional Numismatist and Diamond and jewelry dealer. A true seeker of value and rarities in his world travels.

Gale was a baptized Jehovah’s Witness and continued until death.

He is survived by his wife, Fonda, and sons, Roy, and Rick. Also his grandchildren, Boe, Danielle, (James Stone), Devin (Christina), Tiffany (Dillon Tabor), Leroy, Leah, Elroy, Lilly and great grandchildren, Boe Jr., Isabella. As published in the St. Joseph News-Press.
