Johnson, Leif E. 1971-2025 Cameron, Mo.

CAMERON, Mo. – Cameron Missouri, Leif Eric Johnson, 53, passed away Saturday, Jan. 25, 2025. He was born at the Noll Memorial Hospital, in Bethany, Missouri, May 1, 1971, to Carl Ben Johnson and Virginia Ruth (Thompson) Johnson.
Leif was a son, nephew, brother, father, uncle, structural engineer, carpenter, electrician, mechanic, ordained minister and had a love for the open road on his Harley. He graduated from Missouri Western State University with a Bachelor of Science, Construction Engineering Technology. He graduated from Motorcycle Mechanics Institute of Arizona with a completion of Motorcycle Technician Specialist Program, which includes Harley Davidson late model program, 400 Harley-Davidson Engine Rebuild and Performance, 410 Harley-Davidson Early Model, 420 Harley-Davidson Early Model. He worked for Johnson Construction LLC., The City of Phoenix, Mortenson’s Construction building Wind Turbines across America, many home remodels, electrical work and roofing for Robert Hollinger.
Leif is preceded in death by his parents, Carl and Virginia Johnson; brothers, Wade Carl and Craig Thompson Johnson.
Survivors: children, Trevor James Johnson, Daya Lynn (Jason) Oldham-Keithley, Allison Martin, and the ONE AND ONLY BUDDY!!; sister, Susan Kay (Johnson)(Richard) Hammontree; many nieces and nephews; great-nieces and nephews. Leif had a huge circle of friends he considered family and too many to name.
