Diane Lynn Hunt, 59, of St. Joseph, passed away Friday, Dec. 6, 2024, in a St. Joseph hospital. She was born Oct. 12, 1965, in Atchison, Kansas, daughter of the late Marcella and Albert Stolp. She graduated from Atchison County Community High School in 1985 and Northeast Kansas Vocational School in 1987. She worked at Mosaic Life Care in the dietary department. She loved to bake pies, and collect angels, and was a member of St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church.

Diane was preceded in death by her parents, and husband, David Paul Hunt.

Survivors include sisters, Catherine (Douglas) Davis, of Fillmore, Missouri, Rosie (Curtis) Webb, of Atchison, Nancy (Mike) Fangman, of Overland Park, Kansas, and Mary Ann Staley, of Florida; as well as several, nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. on Wednesday at the Rupp Funeral Home. Funeral services and public live stream; 10 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 12, 2024, at the Rupp Funeral Home. The Interment will be at the Blakely Cemetery. Memorials are requested to the St. Francis Xavier.
