Deborah “Debbie” Ann Cline, 70, of St. Joseph, passed away Tuesday, Oct. 29, 2024, in a health care center in St. Joseph. She was born April 26, 1954, in St. Joseph, daughter of Joyce and Fred Howard. She graduated from Lafayette High School, class of 1973, and St. Joseph Beauty School.
She enjoyed hanging out at Betty’s cafe with her friends and family, enjoyed being outside in her garden, fishing and telling stories. She also enjoyed volunteering for several area food kitchens, and toys for tots around Christmas time.
Debbie was preceded in death by father, Fred Charles Howard; husband, Jesse Cline; and daughter Jessica Coulter.
Survivors include; mother, Joyce Howard, of St. Joseph; her children, Jesse S. (Jessica) Cline, Gladstone, Missouri, Nicholas (Berlynn) Cline, St. Joseph, Hila Stigger, Country Club, Missouri, and Kyle (Amelia) Cline; nine grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews; and a brother, Brian Howard; and sister, Cindy Howard.
The family would like to thank the staff and caregivers at Mosaic Hospice for their kind and wonderful service to our mother.
The family will receive friends from 6 to 7 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 7, 2024, with a memorial service to follow startig at 7 p.m. at the Rupp Funeral Home. Memorials are requested to the Valley food kitchen or the Second Harvest Food Bank in care of the Rupp Funeral Home.
