KING CITY, Mo. – Ellen Cathryn Wyatt passed away on Thursday, Oct. 3, 2024, at the age of 95. She was born on May 15, 1929, near Maysville, Missouri, to the late William “Billy” and Cleone (Cook) McCrea, of King City, Missouri.

Ellen was preceded in death by her parents, William and Cleone McCrea; husband, Harold “K” Wyatt; son-in-law, Robert Claiborne; and nephew, Doug McCrea.

She is survived by her brother, Dean McCrea and wife Virginia; daughters, Denyne Claiborne, of Bucklin, Missouri, and Diane Bertelsen and husband David, of Missouri Valley, Iowa; three grandchildren; seven great- grandchildren; and niece, DeeAnn McCrea.

A visitation is scheduled from 10 to 11 a.m. on Monday, Oct. 7, 2024, with funeral services to follow at 11 a.m. at Roberson Funeral Home, 101 Prospect, King City, MO 64463. Burial will be in the Oak Grove Cemetery in Union Star, Missouri. Memorials are suggested to the Orchid Christian Church in Amity, Missouri.
