PARKVILLE, Mo. – Andrea (Higgins) Sutherland, 76, Parkville, Missouri, passed away Wednesday, Sept. 11, 2024. She was born Oct. 21, 1947, in St. Joseph, to Francis D. and Susan V. (Boone) Higgins.

Andrea enjoyed spending time with family. She also enjoyed painting portraits and loved jewelry.

She was preceded in death by her parents; siblings, Sharon Smith, Gary Higgins, and Carol Helean.

Survivors include her children, Donald Sutherland (Mia), Jackie Krusenklaus (Tom), and Rachael Sanchez (Jerry); grandchildren, Monty Sutherland, Danny Krusenklaus, Anna Krusenklaus, Thomas Krusenklaus, Joey Krusenklaus, Jeremiah Sanchez, and Isabella Sanchez; great-grandchild, Lincoln Scoville; siblings, Loren Higgins, Forrest Higgins, and Donna Dunn; nieces, nephews, and extended family.

Farewell Services and Public Livestream 1 p.m. Friday, Meierhoffer Funeral Home & Crematory. Interment Memorial Park Cemetery. The family will gather with friends one hour prior to the service.
