Norman C. Clark, 90, of Saint Joseph, passed away Thursday, Aug. 22, 2024. He was born June 21, 1934, in St. Joseph, son of the late Virginia and Thomas Clark. He graduated from Christian Brothers High School and served in the United States Air Force. He married Connie Boeh on Feb. 25,1962, and she survives of the home.

He was a partner of ASAP Bail Bond’s for 30 years and spent the majority of his earlier working career in the insurance industry. Norman was a championship golfer who won more than 100 golf tournaments and loved all sports, but most especially he enjoyed coaching his sons ball teams in the early years. Norman’s greatest golf accomplishments were his 4 hole-in-ones and runner up in the United States Air Force championship. He was a member of St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church.

Norman was preceded in death by his parents, and a brother, Gene Clark.

Survivors include wife, Connie Clark, of the home; sons, John (Stacy) Clark, Naples, Florida, and Mike (Jackie) Clark, St. Joseph; daughter, Cathy Kendrick, St. Joseph; granddaughter, Kelsey (Devin) Lawson; grandson, Brett (Kate) Clark; granddaughter, Tamara (Danny) Justus and Tabitha (Tyler) Nordin, Candy (James) Zambrano, Dana (John) Thompson; great-grandchildren, Quinn and Miles Lawson, Charlotte and Cameron Clark, Kloe Owens, McKenzie, Gunnar, Kayden Nordin, Jackson Justus, Austin, Zac, Emma, Taylor, Stephanie; brother, Robert Clark, of DesMoines, Iowa.

The family will receive friends from 10 to 11 a.m. on Friday at the St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church, followed by a Mass of Commemoration starting at 11 a.m. Friday, Fr. Al Eboch celebrant. The Inurnment will be at the Mount Olivet Cemetery.
