Joseph Stehr, 67, of St. Joseph, passed away Thursday, June 20, 2024.

Joseph was born Nov. 18, 1956, to Gregory and Frances Stehr, in Nuremberg, Germany. He graduated from Bishop LeBlond High School and attended Missouri Western State University.

Joseph loved science and Star Wars. His favorite holidays were Christmas and the 4th of July. He had a very kind heart.

Joseph was preceded in death by his parents.

Survivors include brothers, John (Virginia) Stehr and Jerome Stehr; sister, Jean (Calvin) West; nieces and nephews, Jamie (Scott) Noble, Nick (Kristen) West, Brooke (Joseph) Streett, Nathaniel West; and numerous great-nieces and nephews.

Prayer service 11 a.m. Friday, June 28, 2024, at Heaton-Bowman-Smith & Sidenfaden Chapel. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. Interment Mount Olivet Cemetery.
