Sharon A. Ritter, 77, St. Joseph, passed away Wednesday, June 12, 2024.

She was born June 5, 1947, to Marilyn McDowell and Joseph Rubel, in St. Joseph.

Sharon was a die-hard Kansas City Chiefs fan, she never missed a game, always cheering on her team with passion and pride.

She was dedicated to her family and cherished every moment spent with her family.

In her leisure time, Sharon loved challenging her mind with puzzle books and could often be found watching the Game Show Network, shouting out answers and enjoying the friendly competition.

She had a special affection for driving around town. Her late dog, Lucy Bella, was her constant companion on these drives, and the bond they shared was truly heartwarming.

She was preceded in death by her son, Jeff Ritter; and grandchild, Tyler Payne.

Survivors include her children, Juanita, Charles “Bubby”, Freddie Jr. “Tucky”, Jerry “Spider”, Kathy, Ronnie, Brian: and daughter-in-law, Kim; grandchildren, Chelsy, Nikki (Brandon), Kayla, Thomas (Tresity), Jacob, Nick, Jeremy, Seth, Michael, Aariah, Lashay, Libby, Blayton, Bryson and Regan; great-grandchildren, Marly, Wren (Vaida), Gemi, Braylon, Lincoln, Hudsyn, Ace’Lynn, Kweene, Ka’Zarah, Taisley, Dayton, Erileaina, Zayah, Drayven, Maddie and Zoey.
