Roger Scott Jr. 51, of St. Joseph, passed away Wednesday, May 1, 2024, in St. Joseph. He was born July 26, 1972, in St. Joseph, son of Ethel Rosetta Maddox and Roger Scott Sr.

Roger was preceded in death by his parents; sisters, Sherry Byers, Connie Rose-Scott, and Debbie Fanning; and one grandchild.

Survivors include his wife, Traci Scott, who survives of the home; son, Jeff Sollars, of Alaska; step- sons, Dustin Seever, John Deaton, Walker (Skylar) Enoch and Preston (Krystal) Seever; stepdaughter, Kami (Cody) DeSpain; foster child, Mercedes Despain; sister, Nancy (Larry) Byers; brother, Billy Hurt; stepfather, Tommie Maddox; stepmom, Debbie Scott; brother, Jeremy Hadle; and 14 grandchildren.

A Celebration of Life will be held at Hyde Park Saturday, May 11, 2024, at 1 p.m.
