STEWARTSVILLE, Mo. – Ronald Jewel Bailey, 65, Stewartsville, Missouri, passed away at home on Friday, April 12, 2024. He was born on May 2, 1958, in Leavenworth, Kansas, to Marion Bailey and Betty Goodlett (Walter Trivett Jr), and raised by Margaret and Jasper Goodlett. He was married to Viola Henry on March 18, 1987, who survives of the home.

Ronnie worked at Mead for 30 years. He worked at Sam’s Club for 19 years, and was looking forward to retiring in May. He enjoyed fishing, camping, mushroom hunting, collecting guns and shooting them with children and grandchildren, spending time with children and grandchildren, and watching John Wayne movies. He graduated from Benton High School in 1976, where he enjoyed wrestling and football.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents; parents; and stepfather; and two brothers, Jerald and Butch Bailey.

Survivors include his wife; daughters, Tabatha Bailey (Jackson), Misty Nichols (Brian); and son, Don Henry (Shannon); 16 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; and numerous nieces and nephews.
