Rosenauer, Rose 1953-2024 St. Joseph, Mo.

God delivered home this angel, Rose Rosenauer, on Friday, April 12, 2024, ushering her into Heaven accompanied by worship and praise songs of Our Lord Jesus. Rose ended a short journey of cancer, then shortly after with a stroke ending her life at Mosaic Life Care, in St. Joseph. She was born Aug. 18, 1953, in St. Joseph, daughter of the late Jo and Carl Rosenauer.

Rose made this world a better place, greeting others with a sweet smile and having a kind attitude. She loved animals, enjoying all the family’s pets. Rose was a loving sister, sister-in-law, aunt and friend.

She was preceded in making the journey home by her parents, Jo Jean (Pitts) and Carl G. Rosenauer; twin brother, Rodger; brothers, Greg and Robert Rosenauer; and great-nephew, Hershel Dreier.

Survivors include: sister, Roberta; and brother-in- law, John Dreier; nephews, Shelby (Jay) Dreier, and Colby Dreier; and partner Thomas Beavers; nieces, Bobbie (Shane) Dennis, and Rebecca Dreier; step- nephew, John (Karissa) Dreier Jr.; great-nephew, Billy Dreier; great-niece, Isabella Dreier; step-great- nephews, Kaden and Karson Dreier.

Rose will be missed, but now she is enjoying her new, unbroken body. Because of Jesus, we can confidently say, see you later Rose.

The family will receive friends from 1 to 2 p.m. on Friday with funeral services and public live stream; 2 p.m. Friday, April 19, 2024, at the Rupp Funeral Home. The Interment will be at the Mount Olivet Cemetery.
