Paul Scott Day, 35, of, St. Joseph, passed away Thursday, March 7, 2024, in St. Joseph. He was born Sept. 8, 1988, in St. Joseph. He graduated from Lafayette High School, class of 2007. Paul worked at Al J Mueller Construction. He enjoyed fishing more than anything and was a member of St. Patrick Catholic Church.

Paul was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Paul Joseph Day.

Survivors include father, Chad (Cristie) Skeen; mother, Paula Jo (Jeff) Cluck; sons, Knoxx and Kye Seek; daughter, Emerson Day; brothers, Daniel (Bethanie) Day and Austin (Billie) Day; sisters, Madi (Ty) Franklin and Maycee Skeen; maternal grandmother, Lupe Day, of the home; paternal grandmother, Connie Briscoe; paternal grandfather, Tony Skeen; uncles, Tony Skeen and Scotty Day; and several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.

The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, March 15, 2024, at 10 a.m. at the Saint Patrick Catholic Church, Celebrant Father Jonathan Davis. The Rosary will be recited at 5:30 p.m., Thursday, March 14, 2024, at the Rupp Funeral Home. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. on Thursday at the Rupp Funeral Home. The Interment will be at the Mount Olivet Cemetery.
