Cline, Brenda D. 1942-2024 St. Joseph, Mo.

Brenda Dale Cline, 82, of St. Joseph, passed away Wednesday, March 6, 2024, in a St. Joseph health care center. She was born Feb. 25, 1942, in St. Joseph, daughter of the late Geraldine and Grant Maxson. She graduated from Benton High School class of 1960 and Platte Gard business school.

Brenda married Chuck Cline on Sept. 23, 1994, and he survives of the home. She retired from Rebar Incorporated as the office manager. Brenda enjoyed reading, sewing, and needle point. She was a member of the Copeland Baptist Church.

Brenda was preceded in death her parents.

Survivors include husband, Chuck Cline, of the home; son, Jay (Tammy) Hogan; daughter, Julie (Doug) Chambers; sister, Cheryl (Roger) Payne, all of St. Joseph; a stepson, Jordan Cline; three grandchildren; and three great- grandchildren.

The family will receive friends from 1 to 2 p.m. on Monday at the Rupp Funeral Home. Funeral services and public live stream; 2 p.m. Monday, March 11, 2024, Pastor James Kerns officiating, at the Rupp Funeral Home. The Interment will be at the Memorial Park Cemetery.
