Jamie Andrew Miller, 49, St. Joseph, passed away on Feb. 14, 2024, after fighting a long hard battle. Born on Jan. 29, 1975, in St. Joseph, to Steve and Pat (Murphy) Miller.

He married Jennifer Colleen Driskel on June 18, 2005.

In his professional life, Jamie was the Director of Decision Support at BioZyme Inc., where he was instrumental in leading the company to new heights year after year. He was an integral part of the BioZyme family. His colleagues will remember him not only for his business acumen but also for his infectious enthusiasm and mentorship.

Jamie’s larger-than-life personality extended beyond his work. He had an insatiable appetite for adventures, exploring new destinations, and creating memorable moments. His love for karaoke and dart nights was well known amongst his friends and family. However, nothing compared to the joy he found in spending time with his loved ones.

He is survived by his wife, Jennifer; children, Michael (Whitney), Mackinze (Chanden Bell), and Christian Gray (Hannah Griffin); grandchildren, Oakleigh, Brynlee, and Ryker Gray; parents, Steve Miller (Suzie) and Pat Miller; siblings, Melissa Miller, Levi Murphy, and Emily Conn (Michel); and grandmother, Nancy Bivins. Jamie also leaves behind numerous nieces, nephews, and an extended family who adored him.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents.

Farewell Services and Public Livestream 1 p.m. Saturday, March 2, Meierhoffer Funeral Home & Crematory. The family will gather with friends 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, March 1, Meierhoffer Funeral Home & Crematory.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial gifts of the donor’s choice.
