Billy Jo “Flow” Jenkins, 60, of St. Joseph, formerly of DeKalb, Missouri, passed away Wednesday, Feb. 14, 2024, at his home surrounded by family. Bill was born Feb. 23, 1963, in St. Joseph, son of the late Eugene Jenkins and Mary (George) Jagodzinski.

Bill worked in the construction industry for many years, and loved the outdoors, and spending time with his family and friends. He married Jodi Davis on July 2, 1994, and were later divorced but remained best friends. Bill gained two step-kids, Morgan and Cassie Davis, who he loved dearly.

Bill is preceded in death by his parents; step-father, George Jagodzinski; sister, Kay Jenkins; two brothers, Melvin and Bobby Jenkins; brother-in-law, Jeffery Nowak; and girlfriend of many years, Vickie Parker.

Survivors include two step-kids, Morgan (Tina) Davis, and Cassie Davis; four grandchildren, Damyean, Kysen, Gracelyn Davis, and Emery Nichols; former spouse, Jodi Davis; two sisters, Patsy (Rick) Hartman, and Kim Nowak; and three brothers, Eldon (Doris) Jenkins, Robert (Tamie) Jenkins, and Nelson (Linda) Jenkins; as well as numerous nephews, neices, great- nephews and great-nieces, who loved him dearly.

A Celebration of life will be held at a later date. The family request memorials to the Billy Jenkins memorial fund, in care of the Rupp Funeral Home.
