Winslow H. Peek, Sr., 76, St. Joseph, passed away Wednesday, Jan. 17, 2024.

He was born Aug. 5, 1947, in St. Joseph, to Winslow and Clara (Morman) Peek.

He proudly served his country in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War.

Winslow and Sharon were married on May 6, 1977. She survives of the home.

He worked at Johnson Controls for 40 years, and enjoyed bowling, fishing, mushroom hunting, and crossword puzzles.

Winslow was a wonderful husband and father. He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.

He was preceded in death by his parents; son, Brandon Peek; and sister, Donna Peek.

Survivors include his wife of 46 years, Sharon; children, Winslow H. Peek Jr., Ron Bohon (Lavita), Rodney Peek (Rachel), Jeffery Peek (Jennifer), Michelle Dawson (Don), and Vincent Peek; sisters, Barbra Andler (Bob), Wanda Botts (Bill) and Mary Sproat (David); numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, extended family and friends; feline friends, Gonzo, Peaches and Lomein.

Services 1 p.m. Wednesday, Simplify Cremations & Funerals. Interment Memorial Park Cemetery. The family will gather with friends one hour prior to the service.
