Virginia Walker, 94, of St. Joseph, passed away on Dec. 29, 2023, peacefully in a senior living facility.
Virginia was born on July 5, 1929, to Loren and Audrey (Musick) Coleman, in Gentry, Missouri.
She married Victor D. Walker and from this union they had two daughters, Connie and Vicki.
Virginia worked at Stephens Hat Company and she managed hotels, motels, and condos for 30 plus years.
Virginia was preceded in death by her husband, Victor; her parents; daughter, Connie Walker; sister and brother; granddaughter, Kelly Schneider.
Survivors include her daughter, Vicki Scheider (Larry); granddaughters, Stephanie Taylor (David) and Jennifer Ziolo (Sean); great-granddaughter, Kyliegh Taylor; and great-grandsons, Jack and Connor Ziolo.
Virginia has been cremated under the direction of Heaton-Bowman-Smith and Sidenfaden Chapel. There will be a private inurnment at a later time. As published in the St. Joseph News-Press.
