Three local bridges will see deck replacement projects begin in the coming weeks.

The first bridge receiving improvements will be the Jenkins Creek Bridge on Buchanan County Route DD. Work is set to begin on Monday, March 3, and during construction, the bridge will be closed. Work is expected to last until mid-May.

After that bridge is completed, construction will begin on the Upper Neely Bridge on Andrew County Route B before moving to Lincoln Creek Bridge on Andrew County Route H.

All construction is expected to be completed by December 2025.
