Community members looking for a fun game night can visit the St. Joseph Public Library this Friday for its after-hours program.

This month, the after-hours program will feature a game of Loteria (a Mexican game similar to bingo).

Instead of playing, where an announcer calls out a letter and a number combination, your “bingo card” will have images relative to Mexican folk tales and culture.

The library offers its after-hours program the fourth Friday of every month at 6 p.m., with the next one being on Friday, June 28.

The program is open to all ages. The library says children under the age of 9 must be accompanied by an adult.

People with disabilities who wish to participate in the program are encouraged to contact the library’s ADA coordinator at (816) 232-4038.
