Two of St. Joseph’s well-known buildings will be the focus of programs coming up in the next couple of weeks.

Talks on the Shakespeare Chateau Bed and Breakfast and the Missouri Theater will take place at the Belt branch of Rolling Hills Library, 1904 N. Belt.

At 7 p.m. Tuesday, March 19, Isobel McGowan, owner/innkeeper of the Shakespeare Chateau, will share her story of preserving the house, which she bought in 2012 and restored.

At 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, March 26, Frank Polleck will talk about the history of the Missouri Theater, where he has worked behind the scenes for more than 40 years.

Both programs will be in the library’s Community Room and are open to the public.
