The bright lights of St. Joseph’s storied winter wonderland at Krug Park will officially open to the public during the last week of November.

Residents and families will once again be able to enjoy the popular holiday parks of both Krug Park and Hyde Park as both are set to open for the season on Friday, Nov. 29.

The first lighting ceremony will begin at Krug Park with a ceremonial flip of the switch at 6 p.m. Light refreshments will be made available at the lagoon circle.

Then at 6:30 p.m., Hyde Park will transform into the South Pole as light refreshments will be served to those in attendance at the gazebo along with an appearance from Santa.
