City invites community to Krug Park groundbreaking ceremony

Community members will have a chance to celebrate Krug Park’s past and learn more about upcoming improvements at a groundbreaking ceremony Oct. 10.

City officials, leaders and park advocates will speak at the ceremony. Guests can learn more about projects for the amphitheater, children’s circus, castle, picnic area and buffalo bowl.

The project is funded through the parks sales tax approved in 2021.

The ceremony will be held at 4 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 10.
