The Missouri State Highway Patrol celebrated the graduation of its 122nd Recruitment Class on Friday and one of the graduates has been assigned to Troop H. 

Trooper Joshua D. Bedingfield of Magnolia, Texas, graduated from the Patrol’s Law Enforcement Academy on Friday, Dec. 20. 

Bedingfield was home schooled and graduated in 2018, prior to applying for the Patrol he worked as a Corrections Sergeant for the Missouri Department of Corrections. 

Trooper Bedingfield has been assigned to serve the residents of Grundy, Livingston and Mercer Counties in MSHP’s Zone 4. 

Trooper Bedingfield will begin serving Zone 4 on Jan. 6.
