UPDATE: Names released in Worth County crash that killed three

Two people from Florida and one from Iowa were killed in head-on collision shortly before 9 a.m. Saturday on Interstate 35 one mile north of Iowa Highway 9 in Worth County.
The names of the deceased are Leonard Lilyholm, 83, and Carol Lilyholm, 82, both of Palm Beach, Florida; and Bradley Vonnahme, 41, Coon Rapids, according to a report from the Iowa State Patrol.
They were transported to MercyOne North Iowa Medical Center following the accident, along with Brooks Vonnahme, 6, Coon Rapids; Saul Huntley-Ayala, 26, Ames; and Victor Santos, 24, Ames, who were injured but survived.
Leonard Lilyholm was driving a Volkswagen EOS south in the southbound lane, crossed the median and continued south in the northbound lane, colliding with a northbound Chevy Silverado driven by Bradley Vonnahme, according to the Iowa State Patrol.
Forest City Ambulance, Northwood First Responders and Ambulance, the Iowa Department of Transportation, the Iowa Department of Natural Resources, the Worth County Sheriff’s Office, and the Fertile and Hanlontown fire departments assisted the Iowa State Patrol at the scene.
