Time Out Entertainment Center is now introducing a new addition.

The entertainment center is now opening their doors to serve as an event center as well.

Owner, Adam Mariott says they had the extra space but they just didn’t know what to do with it.

“We started talking and it just seemed like there was a need for a mid-range event space. We’re not as big as the Civic Arena but we’re not small either,” said Mariott.

Saturday they took advantage of their new event space by hosting a vendor and craft fair.

Marriott says “we have everything.” The fair featured collectibles, action figures, fashion, candles, sweet treats and more.

As their business expands, the goal is to spread the word. “So our goal in the next year is just to get our name out there. Let people know, hey, there’s another show. And we’re actually really excited that we’re down 22nd St. There’s just not a lot going on on this end of town. So we’re able to take over now, building some life into it and giving people an option so they don’t have to drive all the way across town,” said Mariott.

Time Out also has big plans for the future as well. Marriott says “it just seems like I’m always trying to do more and more.”

In the coming months, Time Out plans on hosting a multitude of events such as various bands, wrestling and boxing matches. Stay tuned to their website or facebook page to learn more.
