Charles Henry Pryor passed away April 10, 2025. He was born May 11, 1930, in Rosendale, Missouri. He was raised in Savannah, Missouri, but spent most of his life in St. Joseph.

He served in the army during the Korean conflict. He was employed at Gerber Baby Goods and later retired from U.S. Postal Service after 31 years as a clerk.

He was proceeded in death by parents, Marion Henry Pryor and Minnie (Cobb) Pryor; wife, Mary Ann (Cole) Pryor; three brothers, Bob, Virgil, and Bill; and two sisters, Vernita Wilson and Delores Pasley.

He is survived by one brother, Ron Pryor, and one sister, Donna Eads. He is also survived by one daughter, Laura Allen; and two sons, Charles Wayne and Roger. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Graveside services were held on Monday, April 14, 2025, at Memorial Park Cemetery. As published in the St. Joseph News-Press.
