One dead and two injured after Sunday shooting

One person is dead and two are injured after a shooting Sunday afternoon.

St. Joseph Police responded to a shooting at 2200 South 14th Street at 2:53 p.m. Sunday.

A 30-year-old male was pronounced dead at the scene and two others were taken to Mosaic Life Care where they received treatment.

“It’s still very early on in this and we’re still trying to identify who all the actors were,” St. Joseph Police Department Paul Luster said. “We have officers and detectives processed at the scene for evidence and interviewing potential witnesses.”

SJPD said there are no know suspects at this time.
